The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, in order to provide the maximum support to our guests and enable them to feel at ease.

We will prepare the breakfast on a buffet style.

The Riviera sports club Minami-Aoyama can be used free of charge.

Each room is fully equipped with lease line (LAN) of the Internet. There is a convenient lounge for the conference, too.

We will prepare a complete set of the consumer electronic goods and tableware in the room. We will do the exchange of the cleaning and linen (twice a week).

The entry door is operated by means of a card key system, thereby preventing anyone other than guests gaining entry to the hotel.

Room-cleaning service will be provided twice a week.

* The room cleaning includes a change of bed sheets, pillowcase and other linen, bed making, replenishing of amenities, room cleaning as well as clearing out wastebaskets.
